ECE Master’s student Mingfeng Zhang won a best paper award at the recent Acoustical Society of America spring 2015 meeting held in Pittsburgh, PA. Her paper was entitled "Measurement and analysis of musical vibrato parameters” . Mingfeng is completing her MS thesis on a study of musical vibrato in wind and bowed string instruments in the audio and music research group of the department.
