This reservation system is for making reservations in:

The Cleanroom (Wet Chemistry -- Hopeman 331, Dry Chemistry -- Hopeman 326)

The Evaporator and Sputtering machines (Hopeman 325)

The Tube Furnace (Furnace room -- Hopeman 301).

All usage of the Hopeman Microfabrication Facility is done by reservation. There are three separate rooms, each protected by a combination lock, with several different tools located in each room. Reservations are made by users on the honor system. Please click on the link below to gain access to the calendar(s) for the equipment you need to use. You will be prompted for a userID and password. Entering the correct user ID and password will direct you to the desired reservation calendar.

If you find that another user has reserved a date and time that you wish to use, you may NOT change their reservation. Instead, we suggest that you contact that individual in person or by email to see if an accommodation can be reached. Mutual respect and consideration will solve most such conflicts. Disputes are to be referred to Prof. T. B. Jones.
