According to a 2013 National Association of Colleges and Employers survey, computer engineering is one of the best-paying majors, with an average starting salary of $70,300 for bachelor’s degree graduates.

20full-time faculty

As of January 2011, the ECE Department has 20 full-time faculty members who teach and perform research in the broad areas of Signals and Communications, VLSI and Computer Architecture, and Physical Electronics.
