Jeff Rowan Successfully Defends PhD Thesis

Congratulations to Jeffrey (Jeff) Rowan who successfully defended his PhD thesis titled “Modification of Ultrasound Contrast Agent for Optimal Imaging.” Jeff's public defense took place on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, immediately followed by a closed-door defense session. Jeff has been advised by Professor Marvin Doyley. His PhD committee was chaired by Professor Mark Buckley (Biomedical Engineering); other committee members were Professor Zhiyao Duan (Electrical & Computer Engineering) and Professor Stephen McAleavey (Biomedical Engineering). Many thanks to Jeff for his work and contributions to Professor Doyley’s Medical Imaging Research Group. We wish him well in his continued position at The MITRE Corporation.
